“Health & Fitness Journey: My 30 Pound Weightloss” =)
Note to all my ladies that are into hair and skin care: My health & fitness has made a huge, positive impact on my body, skin, and hair. My skin is sooo even and never looks oily like it used to. I no longer have a need for skin care products, make up to even out my complexion, etc. A good habit to start putting as much thought into the food you put into your body, as the amount of thought you put into the different products you put in your hair and on your skin. Most skin and hair problems have natural remedies to them. Exercising and eating right definitely helps with a lot of things.
